Titian ever seen

The painting was commissioned by Loredan, to his palace on the Grand Canal, Ca ' Vendramin Calergi (nowadays known as the Casino di Venezia), after restoration by a team of the Hermitage, now the work of the famous painter returns to its original splendor. At the end of the restoration, "The Escape in Egypt", was exhibited in London, before being transferred to Venice in the Gallerie dell'Accademia.

Along with Titian's painting, the exhibition allows to admire other masters of Italian art as Giorgione, Bellini, Lotto, that between ' 400 and ' 500 have renewed the painting technique with greater attention on the nature.
