The Fondazione Prada is pleased to announce the opening of its new exhibition space in Venice, the Ca’ Corner della Regina, a historic baroque palazzo on the Grand Canal. The building was made available by the Fondazione Musei Civici Veneziani, which oversees its use and administration for six years with the option of renewal.
After total requalification and restoration works, the Lace Museum is set to reopen its doors on June 25th. The Lace Museum is situated in the old Lace-School of Burano, founded in 1871 by Countess Andriana Marcello with the aim of revitalising a centuries-old tradition.
After a long and complex restoration of the stunning setting of the Palazzo Grimani in Venice, three masterpieces by Paolo Veronese will be on show until 24th July.

Started on June 4th the 54th International Art Exhibition, directed
by the art historian and critic Bice Curiger. It will be open until November 27th 2011.
