FESTA DELLA SENSA 2023

Among the traditional Venetian events, one of the most famous is certainly Festa della Sensa, which more than any other celebration brings to life the glorious thousand-year history of the Serenissima Republic and its ancient and profound relationship with the sea and the practice of Venetian-style rowing.

Ceremonies:

• 09.30 a.m.  Adriatic twinning of the Festa della Sensa
• 10.30 a.m.  Ceremony of the Marriage of the Sea in front of the Church of San Nicolò of Lido
• 11.00 a.m.  Holy Mass in the Church of San Nicolò of Lido
