berengo Starting from February 1st to May 12th 2013, Venice will host the exhibition of Gianni Berengo Gardin. Tales of a photographer”. This exhibition, which will take place in the island of Giudecca at “Casa dei Tre Oci”, beautifully located in front of the San Marco’s Basin, will highlight more than 130 photo shoots of one of the most important italian photographer.

Berengo Gardin through out his career, had exposed his shoots in hundreds of different exhibitions and museums all around the world. Among those, it worth to mention: the Museum of Modern Art in New York City; the George Eastman House in Rochester; the National Library in Paris; at the International Meetings in Arles; the Mois de la Photo in Paris; the FNAC galleries. But he picked Venice as place to host this particular exhibition, the most important of his career he said. He decided to choose Venice since it has always been, and it always will be, an enlightenment city for him.

Here as follows the timetable of the exhibition:

Every day from 10 am to 6 pm
Close out day: Thursday

Prices:
- 9.00 € Full Ticket
- 7.00 € Reduction for groups bigger than 15 persons, over 65 years old, residents or people with some particular conventions
- 2.50 € for people holding the special card “Giovani a Teatro”
- Free of Charge: kids up to 6 years old, disabled persons or assistants (one for each group)
