71st International Cinema Exibithion of Venice

 From August 27 to September 6, 2014 opens at the Lido of Venice the 71st International Cinema exibithion of Venice, organised by the Venice Biennale, under the direction of Alberto Barbera. Like every year, starting from the first edition held in 1932, the purpose of the exhibition is to raise awareness and enhance the international cinema!

Many are the novelties introduced this year: the Biennale college, the laboratory of low budget film development, virtual room where you can watch the movies participant at the competition via streaming, the possibility to watch vintage films in restored version, and much much more!!!

The official selection includes 20 first-run movies in competition for the Golden Lion prize, other 12 films out of competition will be broadcasted later in the evening!
