From the 12th December 2010 to the 27th March 2011 the Querini Stampalia Foundation will host the exhibition “L’incanto dell’oro bianco. Porcellane dal Museo Marton” (The Enchantment of White Gold. Porcelain from Marton Museum). The exhibition includes statues, cups and plates, tea, coffee and chocolate sets from the XVIII and XIX Century.
The 11th December 2010 is the opening date of the exhibition “L’avventura del vetro” (The Adventure of Glass) at the Correr Museum, an event that takes inspiration and completes the exhibition that is just finished in Trento. It is a homage to the big exhibition that took place in 1982 and saw the participation of the Ducal Palace together with the Correr Museum and the Glass Museum.
“My Wild Places” is a selection of forty shots taken by Luca Campigotto, exhibited at the Fortuny Museum from the 4th September 2010 till the 9th January 2011.
The Venetian photographer Graziano Arici will be exposed at the Hard Rock Cafe in Venice till the 12th December, taking thus part to the project “Tribute to Venice”, an online auction aimed to raise money to safeguard Saint Mark’s Square.
November is the month that sees two big personalities of International music as protagonists of the Venetian scene, Frédéric Chopin and Robert Schumann, whose works are being played on the stage at Palazzo Pisani, where Benedetto Marcello Conservatory is based.
For the second time Headlines confirms its presence at the Magazzini del Sale, or Sale Docks. The exhibition opened on the 20th October and will be on till the 20th December 2010.
