KLIMT in the sign of Hoffman and the Secession" born from the joint venture
between the venetian museum and the Belvedere Museum of Vienna, the city where
Klimt passes his entire life like an absolut protagonist of the artistic scene.
The
exhibition wants to retrace the artist's life main phase, when he create with
other important Austrian artist the Viennese Secession who was the beginning of
the European Modernism.
The main
focus of the exhibition is the relationship between Klimt and the architect and
interior designer Joseph Hoffman. They shared friendship, client and work of
art in an unique flow of painting and architecture.
Until July
8th will be display an exceptional cycle of paintings, rare and
precious drawings, furniture and elegant jewelry, but also elaborate
reconstructions and interesting historical documents for celebrate the Art of
Master Klimt.
