Jogging at the Museum...
Venice and its door on the mainland: the "Sestiere di Santa Croce"
Discover Cannaregio District

“My Wild Places” is a selection of forty shots taken by Luca Campigotto, exhibited at the Fortuny Museum from the 4th September 2010 till the 9th January 2011.
The theme of the exhibition is travel and more precisely the need to
travel, an experience with a double meaning, that can be considered both
an initiation and what is needed to be a photographer.
With this collection of images, however, Luca Campigotto wants not only
to take us with him into the exploration of this theme, but he also
wants to give to every shot an individual soul, so that each one of them
can talk by itself and communicate to the spectator the sense of life
it contains.
“My Wild Places” can then be considered a travel inside travel, but it
represents also the life that can be discovered and represented thanks
to it.
